Clubhouse Use—The clubhouse may be used by Homeowners for their personal use in accordance with the guidelines adopted by the Board. At this time the clubhouse is unavailable for use due to Covid concerns and the safety and wellness of our residents. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will advise when we can make the clubhouse available once again.
Pet Policy - Pursuant to the Town of Van Buren law, all dogs must be leashed when outside. Pet owners must pick up and properly dispose of the waste left by their pets in any and all areas of the Condo III community. Failure to comply may result in possible fines.
Plowing– For all areas in our community when sufficient snow falls it will warrant plowing. In an effort to assist our snowplow company please be considerate and move your vehicle to a clean space so all possible parking spots can be plowed. The snowplow company has agreed to make two attempts each time it snows to ensure the parking lots will be as free of snow as possible.
Garden Condominiums— A reminder to the letter sent out by PMA on November 1st. All personal belongings she be clear of the landings. This includes any decorations, potted plants, tables or chairs. The common areas of the Garden Condominiums is unique in that the area is shared with 32 units. As such ,the Board will roll out new specifications of what will be allowed in this shared space. More details will follow in the spring of 2022.
